We’ve used Radical Storage for almost two years and have consistently had great experiences — cost‑effective options, convenient locations just a short walk away, and friendly staff. Our time in Antwerp was generally positive as well, though the drop‑off point listed in the app didn’t match the actual location. After a bit of confusion, a neighboring business kindly pointed us in the right direction.

음, 우리가 도착했을 때 식당은 문을 닫은 상태였어요. 적혀 있던 전화번호로 연락을 했지만, 주인은 끝내 문을 열러 오지 않았어요. 결국 식당 주인의 아이들이 우리를 들여보내 줬죠… 이봐요, 아이들에게 이런 일을 시키는 건 정말 무책임한 행동이에요… 도저히 이해가 안 가요. 아이들이 정말 안쓰러웠어요. 애초에 그런 일을 해야 할 입장이 전혀 아니잖아요…

Well, when we arrived the restaurant was closed. We called the phone number indicated but the guy never came to open. Kids from the restaurant owner opened us… Come on guys, it’s super irresponsible to let them do this… I don’t understand, we felt very bad for them, it’s absolutely not their role…

지금 식당 밖에 나와 가방을 맡기려고 합니다. 식당은 문을 닫은 상태인데, 저희는 오늘 오전 10시 30분으로 예약을 했으나 식당은 12시에 문을 엽니다. 추천하지 않습니다. 다행히 가방 맡기는 장소를 쉽게 변경할 수 있습니다.

Currently outside the restaurant to drop off our bags. It's closed and we booked a slot at 10:30 this morning while the restaurant opens at 12:00. Would not recommend. Luckily you can easily change the drop-off location

저희도 그곳에 갔었는데, 식당 안에 위치해 있어서 좀 이상하다고 생각했지만, 직원이 전문적이었고 짐을 찾으려고 했을 때 매우 신속하게 처리해 주었습니다. 게다가 중앙역보다 가격도 더 저렴했습니다. 처음에는 조금 헷갈렸지만, 문제없이 짐을 찾았습니다. 네, 괜찮아요.

we was there and thought it was weird that it was located in a resturant but the guy was professional and very quick when we wanted our bags. also a better price than the central station. we first was a bit confused but we got our bags no problem. yes it’s ok
