수하물은 안전하게 보관되었지만 위탁하는 동안 직원이 의사소통이 원활하지 않았고 매우 불친절했습니다. 저희는 짐이 정확히 어디에 보관되는지 알고 싶었습니다. 좀 더 친절한 다른 직원과 함께 픽업은 순조롭게 진행되었습니다.

Our luggage was safely stored but during the drop off, the attendant could not communicate well and was not very accommodating. We prefer to see where exactly our luggage will be stored. The pickup went smoothly with a different attendant who was more accommodating.
