They promised excellent storage services, but the actual experience was disappointing. My belongings were not handled properly, and the service fell far short of expectations.

The service I received did not match what was promised. My products were handled carelessly, leaving me very dissatisfied with the overall experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this storage facility. The whole process was more complicated than it needed to be, and the service left a lot to be desired.

Very frustrating experience. They promised reliable storage and proper handling, but my belongings were not treated with the care I expected. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

I trusted this company to take proper care of my belongings, but they failed to meet my expectations. The service was disappointing, and I would not recommend them.

I wasn’t very comfortable leaving my luggage here. It’s basically a shared, locked room near reception, and I wasn’t given a ticket or anything to identify my bags when collecting them. That made me question how secure the service really is. The reception staff were friendly, and drop-off was easy, but the lack of proper luggage identification was disappointing.
