We were on our way to Edinburgh by train and wanted to stop and visit Stirling Castle. The shop was close to the train station and very easy to find. The person working was very friendly and gave us some great tips for visiting Stirling. The Castle bus stop was right in front of the shop.

The only thing that could have improved was greater clarity about the opening time of the shop. Booking experience good. Staff exceptionally helpful.
