Excellent service! Everything was perfect, and I have absolutely no complaints. The location was convenient, the process was smooth, and I felt confident leaving my luggage there. Highly recommend!

Very easy to locate and instructions were precise. The only thing I would ask be changed is that the information about the storage place make clear BEFORE the booking is confirmed that two flights of stairs need to be climbed to reach the storage. While the booking does say to contact reception to ask for help it wasn't clear how to do that. It was OK for me as I had a small-ish suitcase so could manage it, and the host did carry it down for me when I collected it, but it may not work for everyone.

Location was great. Staff were helpful. Only thing to be aware of is that there are two flights of stairs to go up to reach it, so don't choose this one if you have mobility issues. However staff did help me.
