The app gave me the wrong address. (Bd de Strasbourg instead of Faubourg). Once I was at the right place, the staff was really friendly, had me take a pic of my luggage to show at pick-up, and then had the luggage ready for me 5 days later. Worked out well.

On the way to the baggage drop-off, I received an email saying 'thank you for collecting your luggage...' ????... The store owner was cool and kept the suitcases anyway. The software still needs some work.... ????

The staff was super friendly and helpful; despite a glitch in the app with the QR code, they did everything they could to take our suitcase. When we returned, it was easy and quick to pick up the suitcase. Thanks again to the team at the I Love Paris store.

The luggage storage is in a store and not marked on the outside. I asked the lady working she confirmed. Dropped off bags and picked up a few hours later no problems at all . Very easy and 2 minutes from Gare de l'est.

Great easy to find location, closed to the train station.

Great luggage storage service! It was especially convenient that they were open on Sundays, with opening hours from early morning until late in the evening. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was quick and easy. I would definitely use this service again!
