We were due to leave our accommodation at 10am, but the train didn't leave until 5:30pm. We were able to unpack our suitcase in a hotel right next to the rental, which allowed us to continue sightseeing without any hassle. Easy-to-use application. Friendly and pleasant staff. Fair rate for the pick-up time. The suitcase is photographed by the receptionist, enabling the person handing over the luggage to identify it. Reception of a QR Code upon drop-off.
