Mixed experience with Radical Storage. The website was easy to use, but finding the location was difficult since many are inside shops with unclear signage. My original location was closed, and I waited over 30 minutes. Customer support was great and quickly moved me to a new spot. While the extra walk wasn’t ideal, the second location was easy to find, staff were friendly, and service was quick and secure.

Reservation rapide. Bon placement vers Massena, pas évident à trouver car dans entrée bâtiment. ACCUEIL convivial. Prise en charge rapide malgré le 01 Mai. Reprise tout aussi rapide👍.

位置不错，但很难找到合适的地方。而且这个地方看起来有点不靠谱，因为旅游团的行李都是交给一个人保管的，我还以为是自助式的，不过一切都很好。

Location is good, but hard to fine plce itself. And place looks a little untrustfull as tou leave tour bags to a person and I was expecting self service storage but everything was fine.
