All very good and easy to use, but I’ve docked one star because they took a while to find our bags when we collected them, and there was no process for checking they actually were ours, other than “are these the ones?”!!

wonderful experience storing our luggage here. The gentlemen in the shop were lovely and so helpful. Luggage was securely stored behind a door which needed a passcode from the shopkeepers. well lit, plenty of security cameras. Great location. Will definitely utilize the service again.

Our luggage was left in the middle of a grocery store aisle. Before we left we asked if they could be securely put away, but we were told he couldn't until another employee started. We waited for almost 10 minutes hoping we could see our bags be put in a secure location, but we were told multiple times that it would have to remain out for longer. Other customers were weaving around our luggage in the grocery store aisles doing their shopping with our bags unattended.

Everything was ok. My only objection is that no sign identified the place to leave the bags. We had to go in the supermarket and ask.
