Storage location was close to our hotel and they were very friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that we dealt with actual people instead of an automated location. I would definitely use them again. We had 8 bags and they had plenty of room for everything.

We retrieved all our bags in the afternoon after leaving them the same morning. The bags, however, were kept in the back of the store, still in the retail section, and not in a back room apart from where customers shop.

Booking online was easy and once we turned up the staff made the process very smooth. We had some extra luggage, too much for a normal taxi or van, so the staff were great organizing us a shuttle to the airport. I would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring storage and they were way better than the others we had used.
