The location is ideal—close to the station and easy to find. The staff were prompt and provided excellent service. While it would have been nice if the operating hours extended beyond 4:00 PM, it wasn't a major issue.

The location pin is in the wrong place. Took me ages to find. Booked 1 reg suitcase for a tiny suitcase and tiny bag as it takes up the same room (if not less). He tried to charge me for the second but I pleaded and he accepted them both. Price should reflect how much storage they take up - my two bags together were smaller than a large suitcase - yet a large suitcase would’ve been cheaper?
