我最初预订的地点关门了。店主的电话也打不通。 Radical Storage 的支持人员花了 20 分钟左右的时间将预订转到了离原来地点不远的另一个地点。第二个地点的店主人很好，但对如何操作流程几乎一无所知。我认为就服务质量而言，价格太高了。

The location I originally booked was closed. The owner couldn't be reached by phone. Radical Storage support took more or less 20 minutes to pass the booking on to another location, not too far from the original. The owner of the second location was very nice but knew little to nothing about how the process works. I think for the quality of the service the price is too high.
