Location was easy to find and staff were knowledgeable of the process. Secure room upstairs away from main dining area. Pickup was quick and easy. Really appreciated the service to not lug a stroller all over Gravensteen.

My bag was in perfect condition when I came to collect it. My only issue is that when I collected my bag, no one came along to make sure nothing was stolen.

We had trouble finding the entrance, and after a while we discovered that it was inside a restaurant. You have to download an app and make a reservation to leave your belongings. We did it right there and it was very quick. It costs €5 for a backpack/small suitcase for the whole day. However, the place where you leave your belongings is simply a cupboard on the second floor and the manager did not lock it. In conclusion, I recommend the place because it is very close to the centre, but I would not leave anything too valuable there.

Nos costó encontrar la entrada y después de un rato descubrimos que el lugar estaba dentro de un restaurante. Hay que bajarse una aplicación y reservar para poder dejar las cosas. Nosotros lo hicimos ahí mismo y fue muy rápido. Sale 5 euros por una mochila/maleta pequeña, durante todo el día. Eso si, el lugar donde se dejan las cosas es simplemente un armario en el segundo piso y el administrador no le puso llave. En conclusión, recomiendo el lugar, porque queda muy cerca del centro, pero no dejaría cosas de demasiado valor.
